Monthly rewards

The launch programme rewards the first 200 eligible reports with 25,000 $HMIL each after approval. Monthly leaderboard prizes are a separate proposed bonus. Prize amounts, scoring rules and eligibility will be published before the first reward period opens. No prize pool is active yet.
